About

I am a wandering spirit vtuber who drifts between the real world and the streaming world. I am based on the yūrei, which is a Japanese ghost (translates to faint soul or dim spirit). The blue fireball shown next to me is named Kibi. He is a hitodama, which means "human soul." The name Zenrisi can be roughly translated to enlightened spirit, meditative sage, or one who sees through calmness and wisdom. While I do not exist in the human world, I have learned to manifest myself onto your screens every few nights for little rituals, but you can call them "streams" if you'd like.

Lore

Zen's life before his death is entirely unknown.

After his death, Zenrisi wandered the empty world as a hitodama. As the little flame floated the earth, he found a young woman crying over a gravestone. After she paid her tributes and left, he floated to the grave and saw his name. Remembering who he was, he transformed into the more human-looking spirit we know today. He would continue to wander the earth, trying to get the attention of others, but no one could see the spirit Zenrisi.

One day, Zen discovered another hitodama. Unable to speak, Zen decided to name the little flame Kibi. The hitodama would join Zenrisi to learn both their origins and try to help Kibi remember his life before death.

Later on, Zenrisi made an outstanding discovery. As a spirit, he was able to manifest onto screens. He decided that this was his best shot at communicating with the living. Through these rituals, which the mortals referred to as "streams," he was able to show both himself and Kibi to the world. After these rituals would end, he would go back to wandering as an invisible spirit, seeking to find the answers to both his background and Kibi's.

Zenrisi's and Kibi's lore will continue to develop as time goes on...
